From the RoughStock distillery in Montana, comes this most excellent pure malt whisky. It is distilled twice in traditional copper stills from a mash bill of 100% locally grown malted barley, supposedly retaining a lot more natural sweetness than other malt whiskies. It is then filled in to traditional, virgin American white oak casks where it will mature for anywhere between 2–5 years.
