This series is notable for its adherence to the old ways: with each bottling being made in the Tahona process, whereby a giant, two ton stone wheel crushes the agave. This differs to the more industrial roller mill technique which is the industry standard, but produces a less characterful spirit.

This is a small batch Tequila made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, and serves up flavours of fresh, grassy agave, earthy spice, pepper, lime rind and coriander.
