A grape-based gin created by the French winemakers Elodie and Laurent Vallet. The gin is produced in a traditional alembic, and uses botanicals of coriander, orange rind, cloves, saffron and nutmeg. Notes of apricot, orange and bittersweet juniper dominate, making for a fruity and satisfying gin.
