A delicious, aged plum brandy made with ‘prunes sauvages’ or wild plums, by Nusbaumer.

These fruits are small and blue, and have a firm, green and tart flesh which firmly grips the fruit’s stone. As such, a long fermentation is required to reveal all of the plum’s delicate and complex flavours.

After distillation in traditional pot stills, the spirit is then aged in oak barrels, producing an amber brandy that is rich in oaky fruit flavours.

Drinkers should expect notes of fruit cake, sweet prunes, warming cinnamon and cloves, plum jam, vanilla, toffee, sweet oak and dark chocolate.

A delicious spirit, perfect for enjoying after a meal as you would a fine whisky or Cognac.
