An old school bottling of Mortlach from esteemed bottlers Signatory Vintage.

A genuinely small batch whisky, this bottling was produced from just two Hogshead casks. The spirit was distilled on the 30th of April 2007, and bottled on the 23rd of August 2019, following a maturation of 12 years.

The result is a crisp, malty whisky with notes of meaty grain sweetness, vanilla, cinnamon, white chocolate, cream, honey, toasted oak, apples and fresh pastry.

The dram is bottled at 46% ABV and without either chill filtration or colouration, producing a luscious, satisfying whisky.

Just 331 bottles were produced.
