A delicious grappa produced by Paolo Marolo, who has been making the spirit for more than 35 years.
Paolo is known for his hands-on methods and traditional craft. He has secured exclusivity deals with several high profile vineyards in the Piedmont region. This particular bottling is produced with the Arneis grape marc, pronounced ‘Ar-Nay-Es’, gathered from the Roero area.
The result is a clean, fresh Grappa that serves up notes of fragrant rosewater, slight green wood, peppery spice, sharp white wine and fresh grapes.
