A 2003 vintage single malt whisky from Knockando distillery, found in the Speyside region..

This dram follows the excellent 2016 12 year old release, but adds a little more age, earning this bottling the title “Richly Matured”.

The 15 year old offers notes of dried fruits, almond, cinnamon, walnut, nutmeg, clove, toffee, orange rind, vanilla, light cocoa, baked apples, light oak, and a little golden malt. Well balanced, with a medium body.

A classic Speyside profile, this is a reliably enjoyable bottling.
