A small batch rye whiskey, the spirit has a mashbill of at least 51% rye grain, and has been aged in heavily charred barrels.

The result is an expressive and full whiskey, with notes of fresh rye bread, smoky spices, vanilla, chopped herbs, white pepper, citrus rind, pine-y oak, toffee and sweet corn.

Bottled at 50% ABV, this is a warming, assertive dram.
