An exceptional grape brandy from Burgundy, produced by liqueur specialist, Joseph Cartron.

Using wines from some of the very best AOCs in Burgundy (including: Chambolle-Musigny, Gevrey-Chambertin and Vosne-Romanée). Unlike Marc de Bourgogne, Joseph Cartron’s “Fine de Bourgogne” uses the part of the wine found in the bottle of the Burgundy barrels, rich in lees and oakiness.

This brandy is then distilled, and aged for a period in oak casks.

The result is a rich spirit with notes of white pepper, cinnamon, flowers, dried fruits, sweet grapes, fresh bread, gentle oak, red wine and plums.

A superb brandy of exceptional provenance and pedigree.
