Much like a less botanical sloe-gin, this liqueur puts the emphasis fully on the tasty, bittersweet berry, creating a juicy, well-balanced liqueur that is perfect for drinking in fruity cocktails.

Naturally, this is a terrific pairing with your favourite gin, but is also pretty tasty served drizzled over crushed ice for a snow-cone effect.

Stronger than the majority of Cartron’s liqueurs, at 40% ABV, this makes this bottling a suitable substitute for sloe gin in many cocktails.
