A simple amber rum from J. Bally, found on the Island of Martinique (which features proudly on the label).
This rum has been made in the classic Martinique Agricole style, using the fermented pressed juice of the sugar cane itself, rather than molasses. The result is a lighter, more fragrant style of rum.
This rum offers up grassy cane notes, with a little citrus, oaky vanilla, powdered white sugar, toffee and bright apple flavours.
Perfect in a Mai Tai or Ti’ Punch, this is an excellent mixing golden rum.
