A delicious Speyside dram from Signatory’s Un-Chillfiltered range, this whisky was distilled at Inchgower.

This 2008 vintage dram has been matured in a pair of hogshead casks, and has aged for 12 years in total.

The end product? A lush Speysider, with notes of toasted oats, subtle baking spices, golden syrup, sweet malt, vanilla custard, light oak, lemon and orange zest, apples and pears, and milk chocolate.

Un-chillfiltered, as the name suggests, this presentation makes for a satisfying mouthfeel.
