Well, well, well, a youthful, independently bottled Highland Park from veteran bottlers, Gordon and MacPhail.

This whisky has been aged in mixture of former Bourbon and Sherry casks for 8 years, resulting in a superbly well-balanced offering.

The result is a grain forward, yet complex whisky, with notes of vanilla fudge, toffee, peppery spice, cream, slight peat, apples, caramel and citrus rind. Absolutely typical Highland Park.

A wonderful bottling from Gordon and MacPhail, a great example of the Orkney style, and at this price, a competitor with Highland Park’s standard range.
