An extraordinary long-matured Highland Park from Gordon and MacPhail, forming part of their highly esteemed Connoisseurs Choice range.

Highland Park is one of the most well respected distilleries in the world, and creates a delightful, coastal whisky that reflects its home in Orkney.

Distilled in March 1989, the whisky has been aged for three decades in a single refill sherry cask.

Accordingly, this whisky serves up tonnes of fantastic sherried flavours, with notes of figs, plums, cherries, raspberries, slight smoke, leather, brown sugar, orange, salted caramel, pears, coffee, dense old oak, raisins, liquorice and vanilla bean.

The whisky is bottled at a cask strength of 51.1% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration.

Just 489 bottles were produced, each coming with their own wooden case.
