A single cask release from Gordon and MacPhail that is sure to capture the attention of whisky lovers.

For this Connoisseurs Choice bottling, G&M have picked out a delightful 13 year old Highland Park single malt.

This is a 2006 vintage, which has been aged for 13 years in a refill Sherry Puncheon. The end product is a classic Highland Park, boasting flavours of subtle stewed orchard fruits, berries, dark toffee, elegant peat smoke, cinnamon, vanilla, dried fruits, toasted brazil nuts and walnuts, alongside a little salted caramel.

An excellent rendition of the Orcadian distillery’s spirit, which has been bottled at 60.3% and without chill filtration.

Just 658 bottles were produced.
