The spirit is matured in ex Bourbon American oak casks, and uses peated malt barley sourced from Inverness in Scotland.
The result is a wonderful collision of styles and flavours, that serves up notes of grassy peat, flamed citrus rind, bright sugar, malt, peppery spice, bright oak and some forest floor. Bottled at 46.2% ABV, this is a warming and vibrant dram.
