Glenglassaugh Revival was the first whisky in the distillery’s standard range following its reopening in 2008. This miniature bottling offers a great chance to try before you buy.
The spirit has been finished in first fill Oloroso sherry butts for 6 months, following an initial maturation in former red wine and Bourbon barrels.
The result is a youthful whisky, packed with notes of red grapes, sherry, dried fruits, vanilla, bright malt and cereal sweetness, walnuts, plums, green apples, flowers and hay.
Revival is bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration.
A whisky that shows the high potential of this distillery.
