Batch 8 of Glendronach’s celebrated Cask Strength series is said to be one of the best in the series yet.

This dram was aged in a combination of Oloroso and PX Sherry butts, puncheons and quarter casks, with the variety of casks ensuring the spirit is packed with delightful flavours of fruits and spices.

Notes of rich milk chocolate, lemon custard, vanilla, black pepper, cloves, preserved cherries, sherried fruits, plums, treacle, oak and hot cinnamon candy all delight on a thick and powerful palate.

Weighing in at 61% ABV, this is a full and opulent dram.
