Matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, this dram is pure, concentrated, sherry-cask goodness.

Drinkers should expect notes of intense coffee and dark chocolate, fruit cake, black cherries, flamed orange rind, ginger, almonds, black pepper, creamy oak, cigar box, ripe bananas, marmalade, sultanas, leather, tobacco leaf, honeyed walnuts and a little hot cinnamon.

Bottled at robust 58.2% ABV and without chill filtration, this is an intense, no-holds-barred dram. Does very well with a drop of water.
