A delightful dram from Highland distillery, Glencadam.

Reserva Andalucia takes its name from the Spanish region of Andalucia, the heartland of Sherry production. Fittingly, this spirit has been matured in Sherry casks, with Glencadam Master Distiller combining spirit matured in Bourbon casks and Sherry butts, before finishing it in Oloroso casks.

The end result is a dram with bright malt, raisins, cinnamon, cloves, sweet cornbread, honey, red apples, vanilla, plums, figs, cherries, raspberry, tannic oak and juicy pears.

A fruity and flavoursome single malt.
