A single cask of 2002 vintage Fins Bois from Giboin's vineyard in Apremont. Bottled without dilution for Aficionados and Fine Drams at 52.6% ABV, this Cognac offers a rich nose of chocolate-covered oak with citrus, baking spices, and a hint of anise on the palate. Young and spritely at first sip, water and time in the glass reward the taster with notes of leather and damp cellar. A delicious example of well-made Cognac from a small family-owned producer.
