A fascinating release from FEW Spirits.

This whiskey has been diluted down from cask strength to 46.5%, not using water, but using cold brew coffee - creating Cold Cut Coffee, a marvellously delicious and flavoursome spirit.

The bottling offers notes of warming sweet cinnamon, filter coffee, roasted coffee beans, chocolate, cloves, nutmeg, blackcurrants, toffee, subtle oak, sweet corn and buttery caramel.

Delicious served over ice with a twist of orange, this also does very well in place of Bourbon in classic cocktails.
