A delightful, elegant dry vermouth from German producer, Ferdinand’s – well known for their high quality gins.

This vermouth is made from a base of Riesling wine – something of a running theme for Ferdinand’s, their gin is also includes Riesling. To this base, 12 of the mystery botanicals that feature in their gin are added.

The result is a complex vermouth with a strong wormwood flavour, a lush body from the Riesling and a sophisticated herbal character.

Makes for a damn good Martini, particularly when paired with Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin!
