Hops are better known as a key ingredient in beer, but as Eden Mill is a single site brewery and distillery, they have easy access to the hops that distinguish and flavour this delicious gin.

They are accompanied by coriander, juniper, angelica, and citrus. The result is thick, luscious and powerful gin, packed with complex, hoppy fruitiness and touches of citrus, apricots, pressed flowers and earthy spice.

Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a heavily bodied gin, ideal for providing a base for cocktails.
