A larger, one liter bottling of this delicious Irish gin from the Shed distillery.

This bottling is based on Drumshanbo’s standard edition Gunpowder gin, which includes gunpowder tea (but no ammunition!).

To this has been added Sardinian Pompia, or Citrus monstruosa, a large, thickly rinded and acidic citrus. This gives the gin a bright, zesty character.

The final product is an intensely flavoursome gin, with notes of grapefruit, vivid juniper, fragrant spice, fragrant tea, white pepper, lemon juice, lime and pulpy orange.

This larger bottling will keep you mixing up cocktails all summer long.
