A special rum from the Don Papa brand - this bottling has been inspired by the Masskara Festival in the Philippines city of Bacolod, a famous occasion of masks and dance.

The bottling begins with Don Papa’s Filipino rum spirit (made with sugar cane grown on the same Negros island where Bacolod is found), which has been infused with botanicals including calamansi (a citrus fruit native to the Philippines) as well as honey and local chilli pepper, siling labuyo.

What’s created is a rich, spicy and flavoursome rum with notes of thick honey and sugar cane, vanilla, dried fruits, mango, pineapple, bananas, chilli heat, lime zest, candied lime, and warming spice.

Definitely a rum that brings the carnival spirit.
