Depaz is made with cane grown on Mount Pelée, from which juice is extracted and fermented, in the traditional Rhum Agricole style.

The result is a peppery spirit, with classic Agricole grassy cane notes, and touches of lime rind, lemon, sweet pineapple and mango, black pepper, and bright powdered sugar.

Bottled at a robust 55% ABV, this is the perfect option for making bold, rum based cocktails such as the Mai Tai, Daiquiri or the traditional Agricole drink, the Ti’ Punch.
