An impressive Rhum Agricole from the Depaz brand, produced in Martinique.
This rum is made using only cane that was grown on the slopes of Mount Pelée, the island’s large, active volcano.
After being pressed, the juice is fermented for 48 hours, before being distilled in a copper column still. The result is a powerful, fruity rum with notes of flowers, slight minerality, sugar cane, orange blossom, bananas, pepper, tobacco and honey.
Bottled at 45% for extra power and body.
