This is a white (or rather, crystal clear) Crème de Cacao, flavoured with distilled cacao extract, it is not a liqueur flavoured to taste like white chocolate – the distinction is important!
The clear colour of the liqueur allows bartenders to add a chocolaty flavour to their drinks without changing the whole affair to a muddy brown.
The liqueur has notes of pungent dark chocolate, cream soda, vanilla, chocolate truffles, and some creamy milk chocolate notes.
Lends great body and depth to mixed drinks. Try this in a classic 20th Century Cocktail!
