This particular expression from Clynelish Distillery was matured in a Refill Sherry Butt and a Refill Sherry Hogshead. The whisky has Sherry influences initially with prune, almond and beeswax aromas. The palate is peppery with fruit flavours. These combine with a smooth milk chocolate edge.Gordon & MacPhail
