A delicious brandy de Jerez from the fabled producer Osbourne.

This bottling of Carlos I was matured in Pedro Ximenez casks from the solera system, specially selected by the master distiller, which have held sherry for hundreds of years.

The result is a rich, complex brandy packed with notes of sweet pulp raisins, red grapes, syrupy sherry, vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, plums, prunes and figs.

A great alternative to Cognac and Armagnac, this would do well as a sweeter base for cocktails.
