This bottle is part of Bushmills’ Steamship Collection, a series paying homage to the SS Bushmills, a ship that helped bring Bushmills whiskey to the world.

Fittingly, the collection contains spirit that has been matured in casks from around the planet. This time round, the triple distilled single malt has been aged in a Caribbean rum cask, imparting plenty of sweet, tropical flavours.

The final product is a dram offering notes of flowers, gentle baking spice, ginger, orange, pineapple, mango, cloves, vanilla, pepper, sweet oak, toffee and ripe bananas.

A wonderful version of Bushmills classic single malt Irish whiskey.
