This liqueur was first created to be an alternative to sugar in cocktails. It is made from blending various different honeys from a range of different flowers and regions to offer a complex, sweet flavour.

This liqueur possesses flavours of flowers with orange, fragrant honey, golden syrup, caramel, lavender, buttered toast, toffee, citrus rind and a touch of bitterness.

Bottled at 17% ABV, this is light enough to sweeten drinks without making them too strong, and strong enough to sweeten without diluting the flavour too much.
