A four year old spirit that sits somewhere between a gin and a whisky. Corenwijn translates as ‘Corn Wine’.

Created by the wonderful, historic Bols distillery in the Netherlands, this bottling is basically a Jenever which has been aged for four years.

The spirit begins with a maltwine base, which is distilled and flavoured with herbal botanicals and juniper, before being aged in a mixture of American and Limousin French oak casks.

The final result is a strongly flavoured spirit, with a malty, oaky based supported by notes of juniper, grass, slight menthol, spices and vanilla.

Not designed to be mixed, drink this spirit neat like a malt whisky.
