This bottling forms part of the second edition of Ballantine’s series taking a close look at the individual whiskies that make up the core of the famous blend. This time, it is spirit from Miltonduff distillery that takes the fore.

Known for its fresh, floral and bright spirit, Miltonduff is prized by blenders as a lightening element, the role it plays in the Ballantine’s blend too.

This single malt bottling, however, offers the drinker a real chance to get to grips with the spirit of this distillery. 15 years in the cask have granted this whisky flavours of vanilla, pot-pourri, honey, liqourice, woodspice and sweet corn, alongside the classic Miltonduff notes of fresh grass, pressed flowers and warm barley.
