One of the very finest Aberlour bottlings we’ve come across.

This delightful 2003 Vintage was bottled in 2018, having been aged entirely in a single first fill sherry butt (cask number 9044).

The result is a delectable dram, bursting with flavours of fresh fruit, jammy plums, toffee apples, orange peel, sweet wine, wood spice, oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, warm malt, wine-poached pears and slight cigar smoke.

The whisky is bottled at a lip-smacking 58.9% ABV, and without chill filtration or colouration.

A wonderfully well crafted whisky, close to perfection from a sherried dram.
