XXX/Two is a Venezuelan Rum from Corporacion Alcoholes del Caribe S.A. It was distilled in a column-still in April, 2005 from molasses, and then left to mature in French oak casks in Venezuela until June 2017. It was then finished in ex-rum barrel #39 in England until it was bottled on the 28th of August, 2019 with an outturn of 251 bottles.

Rich with notes of caramel, pineapple and toffee, this rum is an excellent sipper with plenty of complexity to keep you busy. Selected by an Aficionados panel, this rum was a clear favorite to follow in the prestigious footsteps of XXX/One. Bottled at cask strength, with no filtering, coloring or dosing, this rum is an example of absolute quality, dominating many other rums from other distillers across the world in blind taste tests.
