This is an “oaked” (aged) version of the Dutch distillery, V2C’s Classic gin. It is aged in Limousin (French) oak, imparting subtle notes of oak, spices, and vanilla. They recommend serving it with a bit of ginger ale and a slice of ginger – we concur, it’s a great combination!
