This whisky is a 2007 vintage, bottled in 2018 at an age of around 11 years. The Discovery series simplifies the vast world of single malt whisky into three broad categories: “Sherry”, “Smoky” and “Bourbon”. This bottling falls into the “Bourbon” section, allowing drinkers the perfect taste of this Highland spirit.

Tomatin 2007 is fresh and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, cedarwood, bananas, spice, vanilla, bright oak, pepper, pressed flowers, white chocolate and bread.

Bottled without colouring and at 43% ABV, the whisky has a medium body.
