The Sexton has been produced using 100% Irish malted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills, before a four year maturation in Oloroso Sherry casks. The whole process was overseen by master whiskey blender Alex Thomas.
The Sexton, which presumably takes its name from its unique six sided bottle, deliveries flavours of nuts, dark chocolate, cinnamon, dark oak, nutmeg, prunes, lemon zest, honey and dried apricots.
