A luminous blue gin produced in the spirit’s traditional homeland of London.

The spirit is distilled in small batches, in pot stills, four times, and is flavoured with botanicals of juniper, angelica root, coriander, almond, bergamot, liquorice, cinnamon, citrus peel, savory, cassia bark, and orris root.

The gin is then infused with gardenia flowers, giving it its distinctive turquoise hue.

The result is a spirit rich in bittersweet juniper, dried citrus peel, earthy spice, pine needle, flowers, liquorice, warming cinnamon and sweet nuttiness.

Very enjoyable with tonic, or splashed simply over ice.
