The Irishman Single Malt is a rather traditional Irish whiskey. It is triple distilled and aged in a combination of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, imparting a wealth of flavour and complexity to the whisky. The whisky is made in batches of no more than 6.000 bottles per batch.
