A bottling that takes gin back to its spiritual home, London. Distilled in Clapham, London (SW4), this is a classic, London Dry style gin, with a heavy emphasis on Juniper.

The gin is produced using 12 botanicals: coriander seeds, angelica, cinnamon, orris powder, nutmeg, cassia, savory, almond, cinnamon, lemon peel, liquorice and juniper.

This has produced a gin with an aggressively woody, peppery juniper note upfront, followed by the muskiness of angelica, and then a little floral spice and bright citrus.

A simple, but superbly made gin, that is made in an old fashioned style.
