This gin is made using double distillation, in the distillery’s 50 litre and 500 litre stills. The result of this is a gin with a creamy, full bodied gin with perfect balance.

This gin has a citrusy and slightly floral profile, tempering the peppery bite of the juniper very well. Nevertheless, this is a very juniper-forward spirit, and has a wonderful old-fashioned feel.

The gin is made using botanicals of angelica root, orris root, orange peel, rose petals, honeyberry, calamus root, grains of paradise, and juniper.

We suggest serving this with your favourite tonic water in a 50:50 ratio.
