Made using local barley, the spirit is distilled slowly and aged in American white oak casks.
The result is an intense and flavoursome whisky, packed with notes of dried apricot, orange rind, ginger, caramel, nuts, malt, cinnamon, marzipan, sweet oak and creamy toffee.
