An 18 year old single malt from the Speyside-based distillery, Glendullan, which was actually one of the 7 original distilleries of Dufftown. After 18 whole years of maturation in both European and American oak, this whisky has dropped some of its vibrancy found in its younger brothers, and instead this expressions is more about dark fruits such as cherry, and it has some well-balanced herbal notes as well. Glendullan is one of the three “Singleton”-branded malts from Diageo, the other two being Dufftown and Glen Ord.
