A classic dry gin produced by the Dutch Schermer “Winekeepers and Distillers” who have been in the business since 1782.

This gin includes botanicals of allspice grain, ginger root, lemon peel, cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel, rhubarb, lavender, orange blossom, and of course, juniper. This gin’s production was overseen by the master distillers Martin Philipse and Niels de Wit.

The gin has a spicy, citrusy quality with a good bittersweet drying juniper note and some slight floral flavours. Schermer Dry possesses a superb soft aftertaste.Bottled at 43% ABV, this gives the gin a little more warmth and power.

Schermer suggest serving this gin with a good quality tonic water and a rosemary garnish.
