The first certified organic single malt to be produced for the Grallet-Dupic distillery’s Rozelieures range.

Grallet-Dupic grow their own barley in south west France, and malt and distil it at their site in Lorraine. This spirit has been aged initially in traditional whisky barrels, and then finished in former Burgundy wine barrels – imparting a layer of fruity richness to the whisky.

Rozelieures Organic Collection offers notes of sweet red berries, caramel, vanilla, white peaches, buttered brioche, sweet malt, red grapes, red wine, oak and creamy coffee.

This whisky is very well balanced, and exhibits excellent interplay of fruity wine notes and strong malt flavours.
