The 2011 annual release of the Royal Lochnagar Distiller’s Edition – on of the very few expressions we ever get to see from this low-key distillery. This release was drawn from Muscat wine casks in which this 1998 vintage single malt whisky was finished. Being the same age as the standard Royal Lochnagar 12 year old, it should make for a fun side-by-side comparison.
