This beautifully presented rum is made with “virgin sugar cane honey”, and aged at cooler, high altitudes, allowing for longer maturation than most tropical rums. Ron Zacapa uses a solera system containing spirit between 6 and 25 years old, before finishing their rum in Cognac casks for an extra complexity.

Zacapa XO serves up flavours of dense dark sugar, molasses, tropical fruit, mashed bananas, dark berries, charred oak, tobacco leaf, sweet grapes and creamy vanilla.
